Returns & Refund Policy

At True Muscle Culture (TMC), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

Change of mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
