Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

  • Express Shipping: 1–5 Business Days

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Estimated delivery:

  • 7–21 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Customers can use this tracking number to monitor their delivery progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

True Muscle Culture is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with our shipping partners, occasional delays may occur.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Deliveries

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work towards a suitable resolution.
